Double Trouble is a unique combination of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) principles, body weight exercises, agility elements and kick and strike techniques from kickboxing. Together, this creates one of the most complete full body trainings, with quick results being achieved in a short time period.

The physical and mental improvements this training offers is unmatched. The HIIT approach improves both aerobic and anaerobic capacity. Additionally, you can increase your metabolism and burn calories for up to 24 hours after training.


The constantly changing exercises, a combination of kick and strike techniques, body weight exercises and agility elements, prevent your body and mind from plateauing during training. (Kick)boxing Technique

Kicks and strikes are explosive moments for the body, and a combination of strength, speed, stability, and control is absolutely necessary. During training, the body is in an high state of preparedness which eventually results in a faster, more viable and stronger body. The training elements used for competitions or sparring are not used.

The exercises are a mix of circuit training, interval training, boxing combinations and kickboxing combinations in which all muscle groups are trained. It is based on the conditioning parts of traditional boxing and kickbox training.

Guided Training

At Robby Nelson Training Club you never train alone, and there is always a trainer present. This makes training more intensive than the average workout, and allows the trainer to teach you how to do the exercises correctly.
